PHASE 3: Preformance Optimization
Now we fine-tune your training and nutrition to overcome any plateaus. We increase your workout difficulty and focus on muscle growth and weight loss.
WEEKS 3-4
PHASE 2: Progressive Intensity
After your second check-in we change up your eating and training based on what you have logged in your training app.
